A Heating tune-up helps ensure that each component is working at its best level and help identify parts that need to be replaced before they fail.

Tune-up includes several tasks to ensure your heating system is running efficiently, such as: 

• Air filter inspection: Changing the air filter to ensure optimal airflow.
• Inspecting burners: Looking for dirt and debris on or around the burner assembly to prevent clogs and malfunctions.
• Heat exchanger inspection: Ensuring the heat exchanger is safely transferring gasses.
• Condensate drain line check: Checking for blockages that can cause water damage, humidity issues, and equipment malfunctions.
• Thermostat operation check: Checking the thermostat for accuracy and functionality to determine if it needs replacing or cleaning.
• Blower inspection: Inspecting the blower motor and fan to ensure proper airflow.
• Electrical connection tightening: Inspecting all electrical connections for signs of wear or damage.
