  • Condensate drain line check: Checking for blockages that can cause water damage, humidity issues, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Blower inspection: Inspecting the blower motor and fan to ensure proper airflow.
  • Inspection: Inspecting the ductwork, electrical connections, evaporator coil, condensate drain pan, service valves, capacitors, and compressor.
